Please bring the following to registration:
(applications will not be processed until all documents are received)
– Application
-$150 Application fee (non-refundable)
-Original Birth Certificate (to be returned immediately once we make a copy for file)
-Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
-Copy of Custody Decree (where applicable)

Payment in full or 1st monthly installment by July 1
