Elizabeth Mertens, M.A.Ed, NCC
Beth Mertens began her career as a 5th grade teacher at St. Timoth Catholic School. She earned her undergraduate degree and professional teacher’s license at the College of William and Mary and completed her Masters in School Counseling at Virginia Tech. She is also a National Board Certified Counselor and a member of multiple professional organizations. She is currently pursuing an Ed.S in Administration and Supervision at the University of Virginia. She is passionate about collaboration, advocacy, and creating innovative ways to help children learn and grow! She has been a member of the St.Timothy Catholic School Community for 16 years and now both her children attend school here as well. She feels very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community!
