Transportation Coordinator: Mrs. Kathy Moses (x200)

Please review these carpool videos:  Morning and Afternoon. Want to avoid the carpool line? St. Timothy School is one of the few schools in the diocese with bus service. Register for bus service! We serve several communities, including Haymarket and Gainesville.

Did you know that if you live 8 miles from STS you drive 5760 miles each year taking your children to and from school?  AAA reports that it costs .63 cents per mile to operate an average minivan.  That is a cost of $3,628.80 per year that you could save if your children rode the bus!  And that figure doesn’t factor in the time spent waiting in the carpool line!

Please note bus stops are determined to accommodate the need for efficiency while balancing the need for safety.  Saint Timothy School traditionally establishes designated bus stops to achieve both of these goals.
Payments can be made in full  or can be rolled into payments made through the FACTS tuition collection service. Requests for bus service will not be processed without the registration fee of $100.00 per family.  The bus routes are as follows:

 Bus 101

Leaves STS, travels west on 29, makes a right on Pleasant Valley Rd, travels through Virginia Run, through Cub Run and then heads west to South Riding, with a common stop at South Riding Blvd/Center Street. Only in the afternoon are stops made in Stone Ridge.

Bus 102

Leaves STS, stops in Country Club Manor, Sully Station and Sequoia Farms; next takes Westfield Blvd back to Walney Rd to Cables Mill and Fair Lakes Chase subdivisions (off Northbourne), then Stringfellow Rd to Willow Pond subdivision

Bus 103
