Mrs. Julie Evans, Preschool Director
Mrs. Evans has been the St. Timothy Catholic School Preschool Director since 2013. She oversees the implementation of preschool curriculum, fosters teacher development, and ensures state licensing compliance. Under her direction, the preschool nurtures the spiritual, emotional, social, and academic development of each child. Since coming to St. Timothy, Mrs. Evans efforts have been concentrated on developing a thematic–based curriculum, vertically aligning the instruction, increasing school-parent communication, and developing a preschool library. Mrs. Evans holds a teaching degree as well as a BA and MA in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She began her teaching career after ten years in the corporate world and has experience in both private and diocesan schools. She previously taught college-level classes, preschool, K-8 technology, and K-8 library science.
