Preschool Admission
Children applying to the 3-year-old preschool program must be 3 years old by September 30th. Children applying to the 4-year-old preschool program must be 4 years old by September 30th. All of our little learners must be able to use the bathroom independently prior to attendance. As part of the admissions process, families are invited to meet with our Preschool Director, Mrs. Julie Evans.
K-8 Admission
Families applying for grades K-8 are invited to request a tour and meet with the administration team prior to acceptance. To begin this process, please click here to request a tour with our registrar, Mrs. Viveka Sanchez. Students applying for Kindergarten must turn 5 years old on or before September 30th. Newly accepted Kindergarteners participate in a Kindergarten screening prior to the first day of school.

Complete the online application and upload scanned copies of documentation (such as birth certificate and baptismal certificate.)

Pay the non-refundable application fee ($150 per family.)

For rising K-8 students, print the evaluation and record release form and provide it to your child's current school for completion. The form must be sent directly from the current school to Saint Timothy Catholic School.

Offers of admission are communicated via email in early spring.

After receiving an offer of admission, families have two weeks to confirm acceptance by creating a FACTS account. Tuition payments begin in June.
