Second Grade School Supplies

Second Grade School Supply List

Bring with you on the first day of school the following supplies:

    • 1 zippered pencil case (no hard boxes please)
    • 8 glue sticks
    • 2 pink erasers
    • 1 orange plastic two-pocket folder, heavy duty with brads
    • 1 purple plastic two-pocket folder, heavy duty with brads
    • 1 blue plastic two-pocket folder, heavy duty with brads
    • 1 green plastic two-pocket folder, heavy duty with brads
    • 1 pair of student-sized scissors (no larger than 6 inches)
    • 2 boxes of colored pencils (24+ count, not twistables or erasable)
    • 2 boxes of colored pencils (12 count, not twistable or erasable)
    • 2 boxes of standard color Crayola crayons (24 count) 
    • 4 black thin expo markers for use on whiteboards 
    • 1 rosary in labeled case, to stay at school
    • 1 pair of headphones in a Ziploc bag with child’s first and last name
    • 1 box of tissues
    • 1 container of baby wipes
    • 1 container of disinfectant wipes

Supplies for Art Class:

  • 1 smock or oversized t-shirt for painting projects in a Ziploc bag with child’s first and last name
  • Clorox wipes (boys) labeled “Art”
  • Baby wipes (girls) labeled “Art”

Supplies for Specials:

  • 1 box of tissues labeled “Specials”
